2. Im not sure if you have to have the broken steel dlc or not I think you do though. After you complete the quests for the brotherhood and if you decide to be good and blowup the enclave base you can talk to paladin tristan and he will tell you to take super mutant blood samples these can be turned into hime for 50 caps each, simply kill a super mutant and take the blood sample while your searching his body.
3. For the third one to work you need the law bringer perk I think you get at level 14 I can’t remember. Once you have it every evil person you kill will have a finger on them that can be picked up while searching the body and traded in at the regulator h.q. NOTE-this is very important make sure to kill all the enemies that spawn outside of the regulator h.q. if you don’t kill them all before you go inside the lady that you hand the fingers into will run away. Every time you go to the regulator h.q. there is a 4 out 5 chance you will encounter an enemy. Most of the time it is a death claw.
